Responsibilities:
1- To manage and Operate milk processing equipment.
2- Ensure adherence to established quality and safety standards throughout all processes.
3- Conduct routine checks and tests to maintain high-quality production.
4- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
5- Maintain accurate logs of processing data, production levels and any incidents.
6- Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean and sterile.
7- Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines.
8- Report any issues or inefficiencies to the supervisor promptly.
9- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Experience & Qualification:
1- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification in food processing or related field preferred.
2- Minimum 01 year of experience in a food processing plant, dairy preferred.
3- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of processing equipment.
4- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards..
5- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure.
