c- Copies of degrees/Testimonials duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC)

d- Applicant with foreign academic qualification must furnish HEC Equivalent certificate.

e- Copy of certification (if any).

f- Detailed separate list of experiences in chronological order with starting and ending 

dates ( DD.MM.YYYY) along with experience letter/certificate, etc.

2- No application will be accepted by hand
